Can you help? Our unit commissioner needs help updating his profile in Scoutbook. I think he’s updated his profile on My.Scouting.org, but the systems do not seem to be synching.
I cannot edit his Profile in Scoutbook, but it seems he can’t either: he connected to his account with a no-longer accessible email.

I guess the “older generation” has some limitations in figuring out the system!

the commish had not signed into SB in over 18 months

Exactly. He relies on email only it seems.
