Cannot add adventures for newest Cubs in Scoutbook Plus

I have two cubs that earned one adventure as Wolves before we bridged. They are now Bears and it will not let us enter anything for them. They are in the Bear den but we get an error every time we try to enter anything. The Den Leader cannot do it on their phone, and I cannot do it on my computer (CM). I called council, they also don’t know what is wrong. HELP!

Have you tried toggling the rank versions from 2024 to 2022 and back? I can’t recall if this is one of the manifestations of that bug.
