I submitted an incident #615791 yesterday. Can someone please look at this? I did what National told me to do and it didn’t work.

Troop 89 is trying to enter Star rank for NAME REMOVED, MID 131013380, for February 10, 2025 (somehow it didn’t get entered at that time). When summer camp merit badges were entered into SB+, for some reason, a 7/21/25 date was entered on merit badges that were earned in 2021 and 2022. Now they can’t enter the Star rank because an error message appears that the completed date should be later or equal to the last completed date for all requirements. All other dates are showing as 2/10/25. How can this be fixed so his rank can be entered? Thanks.

Any ETA of a fix for this issue?

Scouting America IT doesn’t publish their timelines. The SUAC volunteers have noted in other related threads that this is actively being worked and is considered a high priority issue.

We need more information. What is the Scout’s Scouting America Member ID (no names)? What should the BOR date be?

yeah that is a known bug - you can use 9/13 it looks like - otherwise wait for a fix - watch change log
