He had his board of review for Star on 08/19/2024 but the leader and myself are unable to add the rank. It lists his Requirement #3 earning the 4 required badges being approved on 02/05/2025 but the badges were all earned in 2022, 2023, and 2024 before his board of review date of 08/19/2024. Please advise or I can give his infomration and you can try to enter the rank. This is very frustrating and ridiculous.
