I have a scout that I am trying to enter her Star rank. Requirement 3 is to complete merit badges and every merit badge needed was completed prior to Feb 2025. However, the requirement 3 is marked complete with yesterdays date. Her BOR was in April. It will not let me enter the correct BOR date because that is before the completion date of requirement 3. I don’t see any way to correct the completion date of requirement 3. Can you explain how to get that date corrected?

Here’s a screen shot of what I am seeing. All the other requirements have date boxes that can be edited. This requirement just lists out the merit badges and in the upper right hand corner has a completion date but no way to change it.
OK I think that is all I need - was hard to sort out as they have like 25 MBs
@PrudenceRoberts I think as a fast fix - I would go into Fingerprinting or something and unapprove and uncomplete a MB - then it should be replaced and should reset the date.
I have the same issue. All of the Merit Badges that are shown in the requirements for Star were completed well before the BOR and for some reason the requirement was set to completed this month.
I do not understand what you mean by remove or mark one incomplete as it is not clear how that will revert the date for the 6 merit badges being marked complete on the incorrect day.
@DonovanMcNeil can you explain how that would work? @PrudenceRoberts were you able to fix yours?
@TimothyDavis try unapproving and uncompleting one of the MBs for Star and see if another one fills it in and resets it all
Yes I was able to fix it but I had to remove all the eagle required merit badges after the date I needed it set at. After I removed all 5 of those it put the requirement as incomplete. Then I added back in the oldest completed eagle required merit badge which marked that section complete with that correct date.
I had to remove 5 because when I just removed one merit badge it just filled in the next eagle required merit badge she had completed in alphabetical order.
OK that answers some on a different bug I saw
Having the same problem. Is the work around just to delete and readd merit badges?
That is my guess right now @MatthewMacduff - am now wondering if it is the Eagle required ones that are the issue too
@MatthewMacduff it will get you through adding the dates but it will not let me mark it as awarded now with the same error. I am going to see if @DonovanMcNeil and @PrudenceRoberts method of removing more does the trick.

Same issue here in Star Rank. The system automatically chose merit badges for the requirement#3. The scout earned all needed 4 eagle required and 2 non-eagle required MBs before Star Rank BOR (4/3/25). However, the Eagle required (CIt in World) earned after BOR (4/8/25) stand in the way of the other non-eagle required. This prohibited the Star Rank gets recorded on the BOR date.
There is no way to remove the Merit Badges that is automatically selected. The BOR need to set as 4/8/25 otherwise the scout cant earn the Rank.

@LaihungNg the Star date is already 4/8/25 - and it is approved - I do not understand your issue?
@LaihungNg Cit world is correct there as it is used as elective in that situation as it is earliest before other elective MBs - look at Life and it will be in an Eagle Slot

The correct complete Date should be 4/3/25 because it is the BOR date. The scout has other merit badges to fulfill the requirement #3 eg art on 8/3/24, architecture 8/3/24.
The Cit in world blocked the elective which is earned on 4/8/25. I could not change to other merit badges for this scout and therefore need to mark the scout completed on 4/8/25.
I report it and would like it to be corrected. The system automatically selected the eagle mb as the priority override the elective mb. Also we can’t change the mb selected by the system.
