Hi all, just ran into this issue for the first time a couple days ago. I was able to edit and change calendar events, including adding service hours etc after they were complete.

I now receive the above error (You have encountered a problem with this feature. Please clear your cache and try again. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact your council.)

I read the pin at the top of the page about trying a hard refresh/reset and I have done so. It did not solve the problem. I also tried to add the services hours on Edge and Firefox browsers and I received the same message.

Does anyone know of any concrete solution or if it is an issue that is being worked on currently?

The event ID is - Internet Advancement

If anyone has any thoughts or a solution, it would be greatly appreciated.

Multiple users in our Troop are also having this problem. Has anyone found a solution?

This being looked at - you can backdoor it by going to Activity Logs and make the log and save - and then attach it to the calendar
