Issue: I am unable to download Advancement Reports in Scoutbook for my pack. This is an ongoing issue since February 2026. I create a Purchase Order, then go to download a PDF of the Advancement Report - Scoutbook either returns a blank report or a report with only my child’s Advancement listed. I have called my local Council and they are unable to assist. I am using the correct profile with my position, not the parent profile linked to my child.
@HolleySimons you are not Unit Advancement Chair. You might have had that fake position in Scoutbook Legacy, but you are not registered that way. Key3 would need to go in and give you that Functional Role. And then as UAC, they would also need to give you the PO Permission to make POs and Advancement Reports.

Our Committee Chair updated my permissions but I am still getting the same issue when trying to download the Advancement Report.
