Adventures and rank are no longer available for my scouts.
I have tried this from a multiple browsers, including cleared cache.
The rank issue shows on both Pack & Troop.
@JasonKracht this is far too vague. Is this as a leader?? Is this under each Scouts Profile?
It’s definitely down. Can’t enter Pack or Trop advancement on SB+. Can’t select any drop-down boxes. One of our den leaders alerted me has the same problem so it’s not just you Jason. Hopefully just down temporary.

None of those dropdowns are appearing. The drop-down box is not even selectable. Committee Chair here. Usually works without issue. Was in these same menu’s yesterday.
IT is odd - it seems like it is off and then back on?
I also tried the Pack (CC there as well) and same problem. Hovering over a drop-down menu puts a small yellow nope circle over the dropdown. Can’t click anything on that screen.
This is a reported issue. Watch change Log for any updates.

I will watch the change logs and keep trying SB+ as this is happening to me too. I am a Cub Master. I double checked in my.scouting that the Organization was correct still. When I look at a scout I see the same images as above.
I am having same issue (Scoutmaster). Top of Scout’s page says “Scouts BSA Ranks” with an apparent drop down - but no drop down appears. The only way I can see rank progress is to run a report. There is no way to enter rank advancement either. I can see/enter Merit Badges and Awards but not ranks.
This seems to be a quick entry issue but I was able to see ranks listed.
I had the same issue. I fixed it with some AI help. I asked Claude to summarize the issues I was having and how I fixed it. Here is the summary:
All Cub Scout profiles in Scoutbook Plus were showing empty — no ranks under Cub Scout Ranks, no current adventures, 0 pending/approved advancements. The scouts were in the correct dens with the right den levels, status showed Current, and last rank approved was correct. This affected every scout in the pack, not just one den.
The fix: I had to go to the roster page, open each den (click to expand), then save/close it. After doing that for each den, the ranks and adventures repopulated for all scouts in that den. No changes needed to the den itself — just opening and saving was enough to trigger the sync.
Two additional notes:

The roster page table headers were rendering garbled in Chrome on Mac (column names overlapping, Edit Den links unclickable). Narrowing the browser window until the responsive/mobile CSS kicked in made the headers render correctly and the links clickable.

Den leaders were also affected — they could see the scouts in their den but all advancement records appeared blank. Reapplying their advancement permissions via Permissions Manager was needed separately from the fix above.
This is still happening. It worked for a few hours, but is now failing again. This was not using quick entry (although that was blank as well), but directly from the scout profile page(s)

Sorry, I saw the following when I clicked into the issue.
Since I saw it working for a while, then it went bad on me, I thought it was fixed, then broken again
