One of my units reached out to me this UP is not showing as being sync’ed. I verified membership, verified posistions checked id numbers and unapproved and reapproved membership. Did this on friday still not seeing anything

When I added a new Cub and tried to acknowledge his completion of Bobcat rank, I was given the notice that I needed to complete his Advancement Sync. What is that about? How is that done?
What is the Scout’s BSA member number?
He is a new Cub–I don’t have a number for him yet. He joined 2/9/21 and completed his Bobcat last week and one adventure this week.

I am having the same problem. We are located overseas and have been having so much trouble getting anyone to help us! My poor Scout hasn’t been given any of the awards she has earned because of Scoutbook issues stemming from a duplicate account due to a Pack/Council transfer this summer. I believe I have corrected the duplicate account problem (as a parent, I don’t have Admin access in this Pack) but now that everything should be working, the account will not SYNC.
I am beyond frustrated. Can someone please please please look into this for me. It has been months now, I just want my Scout to be able to participate.

The advancement sync only happens once the scout is registered in your unit. The automatic process should add their member number to their edit profile page for you if everything matches exactly (name, DOB, etc). If not, you’ll get a duplicate scout on your roster.

The Scout had 2 Scoutbook accounts. I have merged them into 10199778. Let us know if you still see issues.
