We have a scout whose older sibling is already in our pack. The older sibling is linked to both mom and dad in scoutbook, but the younger sibling is only linked to dad. I tried to add mom as a connection, but when i use her email or name to search by existing user i get no results. Advice?
Search is broke right now - an admin can Try using Connection manager under Roster to add it - if you can then just go to that connection and check the parent checkbox

Why is it broken? Bug in the system?
They are adjusting the search because of some potential PII issues. As they do, it is not available
