Scoutbook randomly moved an established Tiger Scout to the Lion Den now we cannot move the scout back. This move was not done by a leader. When I try to change him back to Tiger, I get an error message that he’s already in the Tiger den (even though every part of Scoutbook shows him in Lions). I went to see if I could enter a Tiger rank advancement for him, but it gives an error message that he’s not eligible because he’s not in that den. Help!
@ElizabethKerlin what is the BSA #? have you gone to scoutbook.scouting.org > unit > that scout > membership to see if there are 2 den memberships?

#42? that is not a BSA #. on the Scouts Profile Page a BSA # will be listed. And you as a Den Admin, I am not sure you would be able to pull in a scout to your den, a Pack Admin might need to do it.

@ElizabethKerlin it looks like various Pack Admins are moving the scout around - I would talk to one of them to put the scout in the correct Den
Can you tell who? Everyone has said they didn’t move him.
