Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement

I have two Scouts that just moved up from Webelos to AOL, but they both are getting the following message:

Youth is not eligible to earn this advancement and must be registered in the appropriate den level for this rank (Keep in mind a rank will be automatically started when a youth is assigned to a den and cannot be revoked, but eligibility to record progress is dependent on den assignment). Please click here to return to roster and assign to appropriate den if youth should be/not eligible to work on this advancement.

Both have outstanding adventures (and one has his Webelos rank outstanding) that need to be marked completed. They had this message prior to being moved up. How do I get this straightened out so that I can mark their last completions and start marked AOL advancements?

@PhilipMarcavitch - for webelos items they need to be in a webelos den in scoutbook plus

They were. Before they were moved up, they were Webelos in a Webelos den. One had already earned his rank. The other had not. Both got the error message.

@PhilipMarcavitch - if you are getting that error it is because they are not in the correct den type.

I just figured it out. Not the den type. For some reason, someone in my Pack (I’m assuming our advancement chair), moved them into and back out of the AOL den at the beginning of May. For some reason SB+ marked their Membership in that den as -1 days. Once I updated the dates to make it 0 days, it works again.

@PhilipMarcavitch - that was an easy fix. Glad that worked. The den management however should all be done in scoutbook plus.. and the nice feature with that is that you can move den levels easily back and forth without issue. In classic scoutbook it was a one direction advance up.
