One of our leaders, a Key 3 delegate, chose some months ago to step back from scouting duties. We were letting her roll off our roster, no muss no fuss, when her renewal date came along.
Sometime before that date, she renewed her registration with council, as she has been asked to help with a new Cub Scout Pack, so she has NOT fallen off our roster. We are happy to have her on the roster until the Pack is up and running, this is not an issue.
Here is the rub, her Key 3 Designation under my.scouting shows “this membership has expired”, and is greyed out so that we cannot remove her from that position, and we have a need to fill that delegate slot. Her membership shows as current on Scoutbook.
