Key 3 Delegate Change

Our Committee Chair is trying to change one of our assigned key 3 delegates. Yesterday he removed one of them with the intention to add another person today.

Today, the person he tried to remove is still listed there, grayed out and inactive and when he hovers with the courser above the name there is a message “this membership has expired”.

Please help, what are we doing wrong?

You need to contact your Council for assistance with this issue.

Our Council Registrar couldn’t do it either. Experiencing the same error.

@DiyanaMiriyala- then they should open a member care ticket with national as there is nobody here that can assist.
