I am trying to change who is a Key 3 Delegate for our Pack. There are two leaders listed as Key 3 delegates that have moved on to a Scout Troop and their membership has expired. But it will not let me remove them and it will not let me add any more Key 3 delegates until because we “already have too many people assigned to that position.” Is this something I can do or do I have to contact the council and ask them to fix the Key 3 Delegates?
@StevenCorhern there is a dumb renewal period for functional roles that screws things up - talk to your council registrar - they can get past or end the renewal period for that.
