I am having extreme difficulty with getting access to a scout that is from a different troop to enter MB requirements. There was an invite sent via email by the Scoutmaster from that troop to me and when I click on the scout’s name that is now linked to me as a MBC I get the error link to come here to find answers. When I go into Scoutbook plus I have no access to the scout that I can find under my MBC position. In fact, when I am under the MBC position in Scoutbook plus I can’t see any scouts just my profile. Am I doing something wrong or missing something?
In Scoutbook (legacy), are you using the My Merit Badge Counseling tools on the My Dashboard screen?
Yes. I click on the Scout’s name and I get the error message to a link to come to this page.
I see what I need to do partially. I am attempting it to see if it works fully.
I clicked on the check box next to the scout name, put in the date, checked the requirements they did clicked on save and it is not saving the information I put in.
What happens when you click on “Edit Merit Badges for MB Counselors”?
It worked. It shows me the scout and the informatuon saved.
