my.scouting.org shows I am an approved MBC in my Council, and until recently in SB I was connected to scouts in our troop’s Philmont crew for the Hiking MB. However, now when I login to SB I no longer see MBC options and my connections to those scouts (including my own child) are gone.

Yes he is in my council Alamo Area. I was the one who was posting yesterday about this.
Indeed I am in that council. But in legacy SB, I don’t even see the My Merit Badge Counseling section under My Dashboard.
So I have been looking at my reports of the individuals who showed as counselor but with no badges on MBC report and this is what I have figured out. Those individuals can’t have badges add or removed from their profile, but if they showed up on the report with badges you can add or delete badges. I also noticed that I can register those individuals whose badges are not reflecting on the report as MBC counselors. I didn’t finish the process but I am wondering if that is what I need to do for this to fix the issue.

Donovan, I just tried to add badges to Paul and I still got the same error message.
@MelissaMoore I do not see the position in the SB User yet - let it get there first I think - think we missed that sync window - check in the morning
