When I try and access the current awards for any of the scouts in my pack at advancements.scouting.org, expanding the Current Adventures sub menus only reveals a blank space. I cannot see anything recently completed by any scout, nor can I mark anything as completed, approved, etc. I am able to see Past Adventures for all scouts in full. I am also still able to move scouts into dens and perform other tweaks.
My number is (removed by moderator). I am using the Chrome browser.
I am unable to access the Quick Unit Entry feature at advancements.scouting.org - there are no ranks available - what am I missing?

I am also experiencing this issue, both in my parent role for my son and in my den leader role for my den. I can see scouts, but I cannot do anything with their advancement.
I have the same issue right now. It looks as if all of Scoutbook plus is down. Please help.
I do not see these issues - first try a Hard Refesh - Shift + reload page
@MatthewKelly8 @DanielDeCormier @LindsayHarrel @BrianPieslak - the quick entry and other sections are working for me as well. Hard refresh would be the way to go.
I suspect the issue is you are both Cubmaster and Key 3 Delegate. Since you are already Key 3 by being Cubmaster you should not have the Key 3 Delegate role.
You or another Key 3 should go into the Position Manager tab under Roster in my.scouting.org and remove Key 3 Delegate from your list of positions then wait until the next day to see if this clears up what you see.
Funny, I JUST made myself a key 3 this morning thinking maybe that would solve my issue (it didn’t). I’ll switch myself back and see if it works tomorrow.
