Can't advance scout to Tenderfoot- Rank Not Found for User

I have a scout who i have already advanced to the scout rank. He has now earned the Tenderfoot rank but when I go to enter the date and complete the advancement i get an error message “Rank not found for user”. I’ve checked that he has the current requirements version (2022 Active). His ID # is 142001826.

@DavidBest2 so you go to the Scout profile and try to put a final date on rank? or is this at a Requirement level? or is this Quick entry?

@DavidBest2 as a test - can you go in and complete one requirement?

I completed the first requirement as of 1/13/26 then put the final completion date as 1/13/26 and marked it as approved and awarded and was successful. Thank you. Please add this to your bug list for fixing.
