Error: Rank not found for the User

While attempting to enter the completed scout rank for 137342783 in SB+ going thru roster, pick the scout, pick the rank (View More) and enter the Final Completion Date both with and w/o also checking Mark as Approved/Recorded. I receive the message Error: Rank not found for the User. The screen shows Requirements version 2022 (active).

Desktop Computer Win 11 pro, tried with Firefox, Firefox Private and Edge (all latest versions)

Scout recently crossed over from the Pack, I have been successful in getting 3 AOLs (from the same pack) in this troop promoted to Scout without issue.

I am COR of the Pack & Troop and the Advancement Coordinator for the Troop

@MichaelMcGehearty go in and mark a requirement complete first. See if that resolves it.

That worked, but on the previous 3 AOL (recent crossover) scouts I did NOT need to mark any other requirements to be able to do the final completion date and checking Mark as Approved/Recorded.

So this is a good work around to keep in the hip pocket, however the software should be consistent.
