Hi, I’m a Cubmaster & a Chartered Organization delegate. I have a new scout that transferred in. On my.scouting the Scout is tagged as “Opt-Out” and I can’t change it. I’m on a laptop, so the website version, not mobile. Using Google as browser on my HP device. I’m in the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council and the Scout’s ID is 141002320. Thanks.
Key 3 are supposed to be able to un-do at least opt-outs that they opted-out. If you can’t, then it is one that you need your council to investigate (registrar).
