@SaraBENABACHIR - could you post a screen shot of what you are seeing? Also where you are seeing this as far as URL
@SaraBENABACHIR a Unit admin should be able to change it IF it is wrong - but someone set it that way for the scout
Im cubmaster and advancement admin. Im basically the only one updating these. I believe I have admin rights , but I still cannt do it. How Can I check?
@SaraBENABACHIR - they dont expire within the 12/31 time frame anyway and will not see a membership renewal until next June

Yes they have to be in the 2 month window to do anything
They renewed this year , their membership doesnt expire until 08/2025 and this is a mistake
@SaraBENABACHIR - when did they initially join ? Was it around August ? The new membership subscriptions renew when they renew and not the 12/31
The screen shot you are showing is from my.scouting.org. A Key 3 member can change the opt out status for any Scout via a slider on the Scoutbook Plus roster only during the renewal window. Since your Scouts don’t renew until next summer, you won’t be able to change the opt out status until then.
The family can contact your Council if they want their opt out status changed now.
Would that affect their Rank? we will be able to record their advancements.
Opt Out status only has to do with renewal. It has nothing to do with recording ranks for currently registered Scouts.

@SaraBENABACHIR - just be aware that the new membership system will use the date an app is processed to be their membership renewal date one year out.
