Cant get Individual Advancement Record to pull up

When I try to run this report for the Troop I get nothing Individual Advancement Record- I get nothing… This is what comes up…
I have been trying for at least two weeks to get this for the Scouts.

This page isn’t working
scoutbook.scouting.org took too long to respond.
HTTP ERROR 504

Can someone please tell me how to get this fixed?

@RobinHaley Are you saying that you cannot log in to Scoutbook? Or that you cannot access the Individual Advancement Record (IAR) Report?

How are you trying to access the IAR Report? Are you trying to do the entire troop all at once? One patrol at a time?

@RobinHaley - i just ran that on my troop fircall scoutscand the odf file was generated without issue.
