Unable to run reports

I have been trying to run advancement reports for my scouts. I am unable to run them. I get an error.

@KarenZiegler - have you read the multiple posts on this topic… i guess not. But try the scouts BSA individual advancement record from the troop reports menu

Thanks for your response. I have tried to access by the individual scouts from the troop reports and also from the individual scout’s page.

Didn’t work for me.

@KarenZiegler - are you selecting the Scouts BSA report as i noted and NOT the old IAR
