Can't log in forgot security questions

I have a new parent that is unable to log into scoutbook and forgot her security questions.

Ask the parent to go to my.Scouting and use the chatbot (“Betty”).

When the chatbot asks: “Do you remember your security questions?”, she can say “No” to bypass.
