We have a parent unable to login to SB or reset his password. When attempting to recover the pw, it says his security answers are incorrect. I wonder if he has more than 1 SB account. I can send you his BSA member ID if helpful. thanks!

They can go to my.scouting.org and click this BOT > type forgot password > it can get them around the questions
When the chatbot (“Betty”) asks: “Do you remember your security questions?”, the parent can say “No” to bypass.
