I’m the scoutmaster. ID 12515823. I can log in to Scoutbook, but for Scoutbook Plus I get either a spinning wheel which never resolves, or a message saying “error, try again later.”
Possibly related: I have been getting a message for several weeks every time I log into Scoutbook Plus, saying that I need to update my connection to my oldest son (age 21, not currently registered with BSA, was not in my current troop), or I will lose access to his info on 12/31/25. I don’t need connection to him. I don’t know why I’ve been getting that message. I’ve been unable to figure out how to make it stop. I emailed my Council today about that, and they said “National Office is working on the problem.” That’s about the same time my login problem started.
Any ideas?
