I can no longer print a Scout’s Eagle Application from SB. Says No Reports Available when I select a scout and select Print Reports. The Troop level report to print Eagle Application is also gone. It had worked as recently at early March because I wanted to check to see if the Eagle application Jan 2025 was being used.
@RobertFredericks_III that sounds like a cache issue - try a hard refresh (Shift + Refresh page or other method) or try an incognito window
And yes the new Eagle App is live
Thanks, the hard refresh worked. Do you know why a Scouts Position of Responsibility isn’t showing up correctly in his application? What about why the old Scoutbook login url (scoutbook.scouting.org) leads to “BSA Home Site down for maintenance” page?
on Scoutbook.scouting.org - you just need to clear cache - that is like 2 weeks old
PORs show up fine if entered correctly and approved - you can post MID (no names) and we can look
His position is approved, though he is still in this position so no end date. Does that make a difference. Date of Life is 7/14/2024. Here’s two screen shots.
Also the printed application doesn’t show the dates for MBs properly only the 2 of 2020 or 2021 or 2022 or 2023 and 1 for 2018 and 2019.

The short dates are what you are viewing it with - make sure it is a true Adobe Acrobat Product (like Free Reader) - not a native preview app or a browser preview of the file.
Based on the picture you posted, it’s because the Scout has the position of patrol Quartermaster for the Alpha Wolves Patrol. The position of patrol Quartermaster does not count for purposes of Star / Life / Eagle advancement. The position of troop Quartermaster does count as a POR for that purpose.
If the Scout is actually the troop Quartermaster, then you should be able to add that position. You can change the patrol Quartermaster position so that the start and end dates are the same (it should show as 0 days), but keep the position approved.
Gotcha, that fixed that problem. Must be a font issue. Too bad Adobe is such a pain.
Thanks.
