Getting this error when adult leaders try to fill out our online application. So far four adults tried to apply online… and all of them have received spurius errors and had to try multiple times… such a poor and frustrating introduction to joining Scouts.
Depending what council you are in, this option may not be available. For example, is your council HQ in Pennsylvania?

We are in san Diego CA. The option is available and two adults were able to register (after seeing different errors and trying multiple times). Now the next two stuck with the above error.
@SanjayShah1, if you can email me your name, scout unit you were applying to, and what day you were trying to register I can have out developers look into why you (and others) are getting this error. Michael.creagh@scouting.org
