Can't see or edit Den Chiefs

Continuing the discussion from Can’t See/Edit Den Chiefs:

I am having the same problem. I was able to see our Den Chief last year but we have 2 new ones. I can’t see any of them (old or new) on the roster even when I make sure to filter to add them.

The Den Chiefs have been approved by their Troop but do not show up in “Unassigned.” I was able to “Edit Den” and add them to their respective Dens but they still don’t show up on the roster. It has been 5 days since they were added and approved.

@LaurenAtkins SUAC is near blind to Den Chiefs - I would suggest having their unit end the position - and then reinviting from the pack

Do Pack Admin’s need to initiate new invitations in Scoutbook Plus for all their Den Chiefs now?

@Bagheera you would need to be more specific? If the DCs seem to be in SB+ they should be good - though currently it seems Roster is broken for them, check calendar as they show there for me.
