Can't See/Edit Den Chiefs

I’m a Pack CC. We have four Den Chiefs assigned from three different troops.

Until very recently, I could see profile details for Den Chiefs in Scoutbook+. Specifically, I could record progress towards the Den Chief Service Award. This morning, when I went to update details for them, I saw this on their profile in place of where I would normally see Scout information:

I’m also troop admin for two of the three troops our Den Chiefs come from (as well as the parent of one Den Chief). So, I can still go in and record & approve progress from the troop side for three of our four Den Chiefs, but am unable to do so for one of the four.

The detailed requirements for the Den Chief Service Award (found in the 2024 Den Chief Handbook) show the Cubmaster & Den Leader as the approval authority, so pack leadership should be able to mark off requirements in SB+. (As an aside, the DCSA requirements in SB+ really lack the detail of those in the handbook and should be updated for better fidelity.)

In legacy SB, the Den Chiefs don’t appear anywhere–neither on the pack roster nor on the den rosters.

Thanks, but the problem isn’t adding den chiefs–that works fine. The problem is the pack being able to view/edit their awards after they’ve been added.

@RyanTashma- i think the SUAC would need to provide input on this

If the Pack was able to in Legacy that is news to me. That is a VERY complex change. We can discuss it.
