I have already successfully added one den chief this year, but with the second one I’m having an issue.
I go to the roster, select ‘add individual’→den chief, and put in the scouts last name and BSA ID (13462161). It says it’s going to send the email to the troop and I confirm that message.
The troop says they have clicked whatever button they need to in order to approve the den chief position. I have gotten an email that says the scout “has been approved to be a Den Chief in your unit. Please review your roster and assign to the appropriate den.“ But I go into internet advancement/scoutbook+ and the scout is nowhere to be found on my roster.
We’ve done this 2-3 times now. Any advice?
