Please help me figure out why a Den Chief is not showing up in the Scoutbook Plus Roster even after getting approved by the Troop for the position. The steps followed are listed here: Adding a Den Chief to a Pack - Scoutbook Knowledge Base . I tried the solution found in this forum: Den Chief does not appear in Scoutbook Plus Pack Roster even after getting approved but it did not work.
The BSA member ID for the youth is 132209557.
Pack 7364 initiated a Den Chief from Scoutbook Plus Roster > Add Individual > Add Den Chief, enter last name & member ID. Acknowledge.
Then Troop 7364 Approved the position.
In the pack, the newly approved Den Chief was not present on the roster in advancements.scouting.org. However, his name does appear under “Eligible Den Chiefs” when selecting a Den & selecting “Edit”. It’s been over 24 hours and the new Den Chief still does not appear in the Pack Roster even though he is selectable to assign to a den or add to events.
The legacy scoutbook roster for the troop shows this youth as Den Chief assigned to Dens; however, the scoutbook+ roster for the troop shows the Den Chief position as “unassigned” as shown in the screen shots below:

Note that the Den Chief Filter is selected when looking at the pack roster and I’ve refreshed the page, closed browsers, signed out and back in, etc.
