Can't see our Merit badge Counselors

We are having some technical issues getting access to Merit Badge Councilors in Scoutbook:

All the fields are greyed out and a yellow flag states " We noticed your Troop is missing some information that is needed for this page. Please visit the [ Edit Troop ]page for more information."

When I visit the Edit Troop link, everything is filled out except for “Enable PayPal” which we don’t have.

Is there something else as part of our troop that I don’t have access to that we need to get setup in order to get a list of Merit Badge Councilors?

Merit Badge Counselors are not registered with the troop and thus will not appear on your troop roster. To access the Merit Badge Counselor list, go to the Troop page and select MB Counselor Search.
