I’m trying to transfer my son from his current unit to a new unit. I logged onto myscouting and then went to My Applications. When I click the Transfer button and search for the new unit, nothing appears. I’m on my laptop, using Windows Explorer.
I did this same thing to transfer my daughter several weeks ago, and the process was flawless. I don’t understand why it worked for my daughter, but not my son.
I’m nervous about this because the last time we transferred across councils, someone somewhere created new BSA ID numbers for all our family members. Fixing that was a nightmare that I do not wish to repeat!
Any assistance is super appreciated!
