Can't update den advancement in Scoutbook

I seem to have lost the ability to update my den’s advancement in Scoutbook. I’m set as a Den Leader, Den Admin and Tigers Den Leader, but I’m only able to update my son’s record.

This just started a few months ago, but I haven’t been able to figure out why.

I think you are in a recharter window - talk to Unit key 3 to check with council on charter processing
