Have a new adult leader (registered about a week ago) in his profile the country, state, phone type and country are showing as numbers. They are showing correctly in my.scouting. Additionally we are trying to add him to the rooster for an event but cannot (unable to find him by name or BSA #).
His BSA # is 142103711
@MarkMurdock This user had the wrong council number in Scoutbook. That should be fixed.
Is that something I can fix (if so, how) or does this have to go to council?
You cannot fix it yourself but Jennifer fixed it for you.

There is no change as of a few minutes ago.
I see a good address in MD for you. Please try an Incognito or Private window to rule out cache or extension issues.
The issue with the numbers appears to be resolved now.
