@BradleyStrunk The issue right now is that you currently have 2 usernames (logins). One username is your name plus a number. The other username is your son’s name plus a number. I can fix them so that you are only using one of them. I recommend fixing this first, before trying to change to a completely different username.

@BradleyStrunk changing a name in any system (if it is not just an email) is very odd - you can ASK Council if it is possible but I bet it would take national intervention to do it.
@BradleyStrunk Your local council can submit a help ticket to National to change your username.
But before you do that, it would be best if we merged your usernames (you currently have 2 usernames / logins).
