How do we change a Scout's DOB?

We have a Scout with the wrong DOB in our system. SB#2388830, Member ID#12804502. Scoutbook says 2010 and it should be 2011

PII like this needs to be corrected by your council registrar (or someone with access to the registrar’s tools).
