Changing my BSA Member ID in Scoutbook

Scoutbook has my BSA Member ID and Previous BSA Member ID reversed. Can you help?
Primary should be 110195191, Western Mass Council and is set as primary in my.scouting. I show up on the Pack 177 roster in my.scouting, but not in Scoutbook or Internet Advancement.

Hello I am having the same issue. We corrected in my.scoutting.org, but need some help with switching the primary BSA in Scoutbook. All my Treasurer position are missing: Please make xxxx6393 the primary BSA Member ID

We fixed once before, but somehow it all reverted back after the charter event.

I think the Primary we set in My.scouting updated into SB.

I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number
