Charter Org Rep can't access his account as has new email

His email got hacked at some point and he made a new email address… He cannot access his account any longer. Looking for some help to resolve it so he can approve new leader applications online and get the Scoutbook emails.

Correct email address is mostly the same. Remove the domain and add 49@gmail.com
