My CR changed email addresses and can't get into Scoutbook

The CR is not getting emails and we found his profile contained an email address he no longer has access to. His BSA ID # is 126460588.

@MichaelCherne can they log in to SB? they can change the email themself there

When he tries to log in to SB it doesn’t appear to connect.
