When you go to the needs approval report it would be helpful to have a toggle off box that would cause report to show only completed ranks, MB and awards.

What is the benefit here? Why would you want to approve final completion but not the individual reqs?
just makes it easier to see the people earning stuff vs hundreds of requirements. Most units dont mark off partials on MB until they get a completed bluecard
NO - Partials in SB are VERY important for my unit and the PLC it is one of the tools they use for planning

I agree with you that they are important but a quick on nf off check box makes that screen much mot functional maybe even check boxes for each category so if all you want to see is partials for planning you could do that as well
