I’m working with a den leader (MID 140496450). I believe her registration lapsed on June 30. Ordinarily this would be very easy, she’s past her 60 day grace period and needs to re-apply.
But she can still login to Scoutbook, and shows an active “Den Admin” role. Is this because she’s reverted back to being a non-registered parent? Can a parent retain the den admin role? Is there a way to check the registration status of an account?

@WilliamElton- the roster at my.scouting.org is your official roster. I doubt that she can do much of anything in advancements.scouting.org which is where cub scout leaders should be logging in.
Her Den Admin role should have been ended when her lapse period ended. We have notified the developers.
You can go to her Membership page in Legacy Scoutbook (https://scoutbook.scouting.org) and add an end date to the Den Admin role.
