Hello! I am trying to give my son access to his account. Apparently, years ago I invited him but we never followed through him having his own login info. He is now an older scout and SPL and definitely needs access to his own scoutbook. We found that original invite email, but the link no longer works. Neither does that login information. And trying to recover his account and password it is not recognized. If I go to his profile under My Family on my dashboard the Invite to Connect button at the bottom is gone. My other son I never attempted to create his own account and his has that invite button. Any suggestions? I am totally stumped. Thanks!
Your son with first initial N last logged in in 2019. His my.scouitng.org ID is a gmail address starting with N and ending with co@gmail
Your son with first initial A has never been invited to Scoutbook.
