Hello! One of our Scouts cannot access his Scoutbook account and we can’t figure out why. Would you please look at the account of the scout, BSA ID#129870269, to see if there’s anything wacky with his account? Thank you!
What is the error being received when the scout tries to log in to Scoutbook?
Has the scout been invited to connect by the parent/guardian? Did the scout receive the invitation email?
@MichelleBlake that scout seems to never have been invited - parents need to login and go to Scout Page > then Edit Extended Information > their should be an invite button there.
There is a Google Login that might be them but has a different Year of Birth so that would have prevented a match - what is the YOB?
