Trying to give Scout access to Scoutbook

We have a parent trying to “invite” their Scout to SB. There is no “invite” button under the youth’s profile. Youth ID is 136617849. Does he already have a my.scouting.org account? Assuming that would be the issue if he does.

@JenniferReiter that scout has a User - (firstinitial)(lastname) - same as before @ of their Outlook email
