Welcome! This forum has a treasure trove of great info – Scouters helping Scouters! Just a heads up, though - all content, information, and opinions shared on this forum are those of the author, not the BSA.
Hello, I am looking to assign my son to another unit using the transfer/multiple applications screen. I have five scouts in my house - four show but he does not. His name does not appear to initiate the transfer.
My ID is 129448953.
His ID is 129448939.
I see him in scoutbook and am listed as he father but I can’t see his name in the my.scouting screen to add an additional troop.
Our Cub Pack 25 has a youth where M’s BSA ID is 14894629. He does not appear in Internet Advancement for any advancements. Pack Admins and M’s father with BSA Member ID 14887275, SB User ID 12983752 have not been able to change his Scoutbook Name from (removed by Moderator) to (removed by Moderator)
Our Council reply was " : I would recommend making sure M’s information is 100% correct on the Scoutbook account. For example, it currently shows [nickname] instead of [firstname], small variations like this can prevent the two profiles from syncing as the system does not know they are the same."
How best is the Scoutbook account updated per Council recommendation. All interested parties are not able to make a name change.
Email just sent has snip images from Scoutbook before “merge” of two instances. and current Internet Advancement roster with no (name removed by Moderator) ID 14894629
Snip images exceeded size per " We’re sorry, but your email message to [“incoming+b5f80c8ed6bc2272fe240d94b5be5079@scouting.discoursemail.comâ€] (titled Re: [Scouting Forums] [My Scouting Tools] Child Missing From my.Scouti ng TRANSFER / MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS) didn’t work.
