I spoke to the registrar in my child’s council who got my account and my child’s account updated with the appropriate relationship in my.scouting. However, in Scoutbook my child’s profile still shows “no relationship” despite my profile saying that I am his guardian. When I try to add myself, I get that I am unable to add myself as his guardian. When I try to add my husband, I get that he doesn’t have access to that API. I assume that’s because his member ID is linked to our son’s Pack’s Council and not his Troop’s council. How can I resolve these issues so that I can get myself and my husband listed as our child’s guardians?
@JosieKubista looking at it - first guess is cause they made you mother twice - I would first have them clean that up to see if it resolves it. You are mother of the Member ID for the Troop Council - just twice.
