OK- instructed my leaders to add their prior BSA Membership ID as a secondary one in http://my.scouting.org > Menu > Manage Member ID and they both received the following error “The provided member id does not match the existing user profile.” The prior IDs were both valid in the past year.
Is this now a Local Council technical issue? (BTW, I’m the CM, so I do have access to all the good stuff in my.scouting)
